Park next to Sears and head in. Place is packed everyday. I suggest going around 2-3pm. Genius bar usually has a 15 minute wait after you check-in for your appointment .

I seriously love going to the Apple Store, even if it's just to browse the products. The employees are extremely helpful. Apple is pretty much unrivaled when it comes to customer service.

Make an appointment before you go in if you need to see a genius. This apple store like all others can be quite busy.

Walk-in visits are generally not possible at the Genius Bar here. Make a reservation beforehand.

This store can be very crowded , so it's best to get there right when they open. Very helpful staff , had a broken Airport card replaced in minutes.

Call Apple Care BEFORE coming here. The tech team isn't interested in helping you. They pride themselves on being difficult so you'll buy something newer.

LifeProod your iPAD IMMEDIATELY! they started selling it yesterday cause it was bought by Otter Box. $130 but it's worth it cause now i can take underwater pictures (up to 2m)! Thanks to Tyler Meier.

Ambivalent staff (every. single. time.), but convenient location.

One of the smaller Apple stores, but they make up for it in friendliness and service.

AppleCare One To One and MobileMe are worth every cent make sure you buy it!!!

Needed a new MB Pro charger. They let me test the charger out to make sure it worked and then charge my battery while I shopped. Ballers.

Genius Bar was zero help I rather go to fashion valley then to waste time when people are not willing to help with a technical issue. Which I ended up fixing myself once I got home.

Order online and pick up at store. Stocks refresh by the minute.

Staff is awesome: got a spare US power tip for my mbpro MagSafe power supply!

Order online it's much faster. They give priority to online pick-ups.
