Coming from Mississippi I expected to find a sizable manga and movie section, but both are smaller than the B&N's back home.
The baristas are friendly , the bookstore staff is kind and you can actually (gasp) READ MORE THAN A THREE PAGE SAMPLE before you buy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER rent books , they don't have a tracking system at all! <24 hours from speaking with customer service, they charged my credit card $249, without my consent.
