doesn't matter if you make an appointment. they still don't see you promptly. the only difference an appointment makes is you're "next in line ".
I've probably been in this store 8-9 times in the last year. If you can do what you need over the phone or online...do it. Hire more people already. Geez.

I've been here 4 times, and not once out of those 4 times did the reps greet me at all. Not once. The 4th time I just walked out. Take your business elsewhere. Disappointed in their lack of service.
