If its raining, your not getting a seat. Upstairs seems to be packed with table hogging laptop junkies so make them move over a bit and pull up a seat. Sharing is caring after all :-)

It is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. The ground is always covered with litter whenever I see. It is not suitable for studying or reading as well .

Very messy Starbucks, especially the upstairs — there is no bin so you can clean up after yourself, and staff barely ever comes up to take away the cups.

Free Wi-Fi. Fair amount of plugs. Clean toilet . Always busy though.

Great central Starbucks right across from Churchill Square.

Toilets upstairs are free and without a passcode. Disabled toilet is downstairs and usually needs a key from behind the bar .

Try the chai latte with extra chai and no water!

Ladies bathroom was out of toilet paper so I told the barista this and asked to use the disabled one, but he didn't refill the toilet paper in the ladies room. Weird.

Loud music , bright lights, is this a coffee shop or a disco ? Don't ask staff to turn music down they will get offended. Worst Starbucks I have been to. Avoid!
