Due to the location (on 611, immediately off of 80), supplies go quickly during bad weather & disaster situations (shovels, salt, gas cans, etc.). Staff is knowledgeable about their own departments.
Seems to be the Lowe's tradition to NOT offer customer assistance. They actually seem to avoid the customers! So opposite of Home Depot.
Would be perfect if they had a cozy waiting area for those accompanying their DIYer spouses... :)
