Really good hotel if you're in NYC on vacation. Just a short walk to five different subway stations . Skip the hotel breakfast and head for Ground support a short walk north in SoHo.

NycGal

If you are a first time visitor in NYC you will not like the location. However if you know the city well like me the location is superb. Rooms a bit small but this is NYC.wifi is free for spg members .

Ting

Its location along Canal st is great to explore lower Manhattan - TriBeCa, SoHo, Lower East Side are all walking distance away. Rooms are comfortable but nothing to shout about.

Jeremy Quarless-Cole

Rooms are large for NYC. Amazing views of the city w/ a great price. Free newspaper in the morning, tribeca bagels next door is great. Great location. Try Da Gennaro a few blocks over.

Stephany

The view from the rooftop terrace is amazeballs. Take the elevator to the 21sr floor and it’s at the end of the hall.

Sopho Girdaladze

Great location, though its a bit old building , still clean and nice. Recommend, good value for the price ☀️. Take upper floor as noise is coming from the street any time of the day, plus view is ????

Eric Wyman

The gym is on the second floor and quite nice. It also echoes through the walls of said floor and will wake you up in the am. Ask for a different floor than 2/3.

Cheryl

Friendly helpful staff , convenient location w/ several subway lines in close vicinity, beautiful club lounge view . Lounge offerings limited though - pay for booze even as elite but I'drecommend still

Scott Boudin

Ask for a room on the Lispenard Street side of the building. For one thing, it's a lot quieter than Canal , plus, you can look right into the windows of Z100 if you're on a low floor! JJ strips at 4p!

Mike Gatty

Typical small NYC rooms. But one difference: window opens! Yeah! Fresh NYC air ! Breathe it in baby! If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere...!

Chiquita Oden

The staff was both friendly and inviting. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable . Upgrade to the club level and this ensured complimentary breakfast and daily cocktail hour.

The Club Lounge is on the 21st Floor - not the 20th. And it does have great views ! Plus hot breakfast in the AM and hors d'oeuvres in the PM.

J.W. Engblom

Rooms are dirty and look worn, so does public space, but that's likely due to clientele -elevator is very fast, you get 12 ch of Shotime and of course the bed is awesome, staff is friendly & efficient

Jose Prieto

Take advantage of a quick drink at the bar . The 90+ wine tasting is worth $5 and good way to end or start an evening.

Marc Lewkowitz

Convenient location to shopping in SoHo and Tribeca. Easy Metro access as well .

Ricardo Martinez Salas

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is great to walk around Tribeca and Soho... even to Financial District

Ariel Techiouba

Very well connected to both blue and yellow subway lines in NYC

Brian Strauss

Your basic Sheraton but in a very convenient location . Steps to SoHo, Chinatown, and TriBeCa and the Lowe East Side.

Ryan Josephson

The Front Desk staff was amazing. Walkable to a lot of great stuff in TriBeCa, SoHo, and Nolita

Furkan Yüksel

Very good location for public transportation in NYC. But room wasn't enough clean and was smelling. Also rooms are quite small but I think its NYC standarts.

Michael Yue

Great location, canal is a little shady but if you can get over it...the hotel is pretty much minutes to anywhere. Hotel is quiet which is a bonus in NYC

Nayoung Kim

They are frequently overbooked and will check you out mistakenly or put you in an already occupied room sometimes. So be aware.

David Pow

Even as a Gold SPG I'm in a tiny 10/F rm where the sirens & car horns can keep you awake all nite long. Not the place to stay for biz or leisure travelers at all.

Space Cat

Awesome view from the room. Very fresh overall

Linda Felter

Room service breakfast is super convenient but I also recommend grabbing a quick bagel next door @TriBeCa bagel .

Ingvild M. Plosiv

Scenic views , great service. Decent size on the room. The wifi was occasionally slow, but nothing I couldn't live with. I'd go back.

Angus Logan

Amazingly fast internet - 50Mbps and super easy to patch HDMI into TV

Michael Antonio

Beautiful view of the city and a great outside seating area for hotel guests!

Cemil Yildiz

Internet does not free at rooms and also is very slow at loby. Stuffs are helpfull and smiles:)

ju ju

Rooms are dirty . They just dont clean it. They only make up the bed like your 13 years old cousin would. Staff is a bit rude. And prices are high. But its central... which is good.

Rex

You have to work with you can get in NYC, and this hotel is not bad at all.

Michael Antonio

Nice modern hotel in a very convenient location - close to Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, Tribeca!

Sean McNaughton

Comfortable rooms , great location -- I'd be delighted to come back here

laura honeycutt

If you're a platinum SPG member u can use the club lounge on 20. One of the best views in manhattan!

Joey T

Rooms are small, but the club lounge has a great view of the city

Antonio Rodriguez

I must say that at first I was concern with the area, but it turns out to be very convenient. Staff always freely and rooms very clean .

Carrie Emley

Try and get a room with the Empire State Building view

Nayoung Kim

It should be really called Sheraton Chinatown. The rooms facing the main road are really noisy throughout the day. Avoid those. But it is in a convenient location .

Charles Boltas

Go to the 21st floor and enjoy the view of NYC!

Rodrigo Moon

While staying here, check out the Starwood preferred guest card to get a lot of advantages!

Christi Binder

Love this hotel ! Great room, great view , great location...and a GREAT deal!! Can't beat that...

Emilio C

There's always an issue at this hotel .

Tim Clarke

Solid hotel . Great rooftop view .

Mam Yahm

Best vintage shop in NYC right down the block - Church Street Surplus- check it out!

Erika Tait

Staff is nice — rooms are dated. Our a/c never worked despite multiple visits from engineering .

Kat

If there on the weekend, plenty of free street parking nearby around Hudson and Vestry Sts.

David Pow

Poor service and infrastructure. Unhelpful staff . Not worth the money. Not even up to Four Points Sheraton standard. A total joke. A shame for the Sheraton brand. The only positive is the location.

Fathima Dada

Rather disappointing!

Mark Himmelsbach

Club room is on 21 with a great patio and view facing north. Closes at 11pm.

Mauricio Tanzi

Great view from the confy rooms!
