A-. Really interesting BBQ/meat craft beer place. Lots of options and food was decent quality. Cool atmosphere and food presentation. Had sausage sandwich with Texas toast .
Try the blue burger and Southern Tier 2XIPA. Great combination.
You can get a bison burger that is blessed by Jesus here and the craft beer is great. A lot from Sanford brewing company.
Bison can't be cooked past medium temp or you will get a very dry burger . I was not really impressed overall.

The beer we had was outstanding.
Worst service ever, manager told my family member to get the fuck out when he handed his food back after they cooked their burgers completley wrong. The server also cancelled all our appetizers .
