We have had ribs all over the US. It's one of my husband's favorite foods. We gave up rib-hope until we tried Hato's. These are authentic Southern US ribs . Great staff too.

Small but quality selection of Japanese & American craft beer . English menu. Don't know if it's the location or the BBQ theme, but this place is heavily populated by foreigners. Hip ghetto-chic decor.

The pork loin ribs were amazing. Get with a side of coleslaw , mac and cheese and some fries . Everything was delicious.

They can also make great chicken fried steak (called "country fried steak ") with biscuits and gravy if you call and order a couple days in advance.
