Please ask for SENSASION DELIGHT Menu for less price compare normal menu! Price double although same menu!! They purposely hide this menu!!!

Better than Pizza Hut Klang, Jalan Taiping... good service and better presentation of food...

I would highly recommend everyone to never come here for pizza . Mamak stores service customers better than them.

The people here seem friendly but their service is not up to the level as you have to wait for a loong time just to give your orders :-)

Looks like the services never improve since 2010. Lot of room to improve on both management and service level.

Bad service, although its abt 9pm but at least let us know what is available in the set when offered instead instead we discovered after the foods r sending in.

Bad service. Worst pizza hut outlet that I've ever visited. Waited 40 mins later to receive my takeaway pizza . Worst part, I've been told to only wait for 15 mins and no apology for the delay.

Waitresses sit lazily at their station chit-chatting while the one attended to us was trying to be funny. Pls do not crack ur kampung joke with customers. Didn't find it funny at all.

Stupid pizza hut useless come here order after one hour still dont know come keep take wrong food to us the other people who come later than us also got food only us don't have after one hour

Must have better management n better service

Visited for dinner a few days ago, they told us certain Pizza crust out of stock, only thin crust available.. WTF? Like everyone said, bad service.. Poor management. Not trying to be racist, but .....

Bad and slow service! Waited for 30mins for a spaghetti and the waiter doesnt serve d spaghetti right in front of u but to the empty table

So calles fast food ,have to wait 20 minutes for spaghetti !!!

Bad service by the staffs during dine-in....not warm and friendly staffs .

Staff yang tak ceria, lambat and tak membantu sangat. Tak greet customer langsung. Amik order pun boleh bergurau dgn staff lain .

Oder dessert lambat sangat nak sampai. Tunggu pnya lama. Lama2 cancel oder for dessert . Kata 5 minit sampai. Tapi tak sampai2 jgak.

Order lain dpt lain . Pekerja sini smua blur2. Nak lyn org senyumla sikit.
