Good hot chocolate in the cafe - get it with a panini for only £3.95
Best time for lane swim is on Wednesdays after 8.30pm, but beware they like to close early... Not 10pm as expected, but more like half an hour before.
Great coffee available from the cafe after a swim
The gym is usually very empty on Fridays - everybody's at the pub I suppose!
