I love this place but the one thing I dislike is how the ladies try to do a hard sell of their products after a treatment. Their products don't work! This spoils the experience for me each time.
I dont know much about facials etc but my wife says the service is very good. But I do know that the atmosphere is zen and beautiful!
They have a fish spa that my children enjoy! (I bring them here for facials )

Extremely serene place with zen garden . Love the complementary fish spa after treatment. This outlet seems to be more unique than the Kota Kemuning setting.

Herbal facial mask quite good, leaves ur face plump & refreshing. They also offer Swedish massage here :)
