Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale At Cypress Creek

This is my go to hotel anytime I travel to Fort Lauderdale. The staff is very knowledgeable , caring and professional.

Ashli and Tommy provided excellent hospitality ! They both really made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay, which I appreciated. The other staff members were also kind and attentive.

Taking a shower here was like doing a dance . The water was constantly changing temperature from Hot to cold. It did this in a timed fashion so once you find the rhythm you can avoid the cold water.

Do not stay here on weekends. Hotel is overrun with family functions and is not relaxing. Nice gym and pool area .

Request a suite on the 8th floor. Free WiFi access in the lobby.

A great location to walk around and friendly people work there.

Nice place. Good ambience.

The grill restaurant offers delicious regional dishes all day. Try it.

Workout room is small and needs some air conditioning . It was do hot I had to open the door to get some fresh cool air. Also the machines are looking a little abused and dirty .

Train track runs behind the hotel . Train horn woke me up with a fright at 01:00. Thought train was running through the room

Caters to family functions and rooms not kept up very well .

Needs a better menu at the restaurant . And better rooms.

This place nickels and dimes you to death. The charge for wifi is documented. But if you ask to borrow an extension cord in a banquet room, the cost is $15 + a 22% service fee + 6% sales tax. Really?

Ask to speak to Emily she upgraded us to the best room in the house!

The lobby is the only place with free wifi a let down but its a nice hottell

My bestie found a used condom wrapper in her bed...how disgusting!!! We will abt a comp night in the morning!!!

FYI: Free WiFi is ONLY available in the lobby and literally. Otherwise, the place Is okay. Breakfast was ok bc of the service. They are very friendly .

Musty room clogged drains poorly working AC . Free breakfast buffet was good.

Awesome property, Eddie at the front desk really puts this place over the top

Very disappointed in this Sheraton. Very slow elevators , only 1 front desk clerk working during a Friday afternoon check-in. Very noisy courtyard area with rather unsavory guests yelling at all hours

They don't even provide bottle water in the rooms. Although very comfortable beds , I'd choose to stay elsewhere.

The soda machines don't dispense the right drinks so use at your own risk

Oh and the Starbucks coffee in your room is a unexpected pleasure!

Renovation needed for sure. It’s not bad, just old. Cafe is terrible.

Ask for a room on the 7th floor.

Wouldn't recommend it unless you don't want to leave the hotel or are in a hurry for breakfast .

Do not eat here. Overpriced and low quality compared to the surrounding good eats like moonlite diner , gyroville, and chammps.

The service of housekeepping is terrible.
