米 海軍横須賀基地はマクドナルドでも米国????????準拠のメニューになるので、日本の普通の店舗には存在しないメニューもあります。ストロベリークリームパイ やチキン デラックスサンド 、BIG’n’テイスティーバーガーとかもあります。尚、ドリンクは???????? Mサイズで日本のL????????サイズ相当が来ます。普通の日本人は祭り時一杯ごと支払いですが、厚生面から基地の人はおかわり自由 らしい。
フレンドリーシップデーの日なら中に入って食べられます。普段は基地内部だからはいることもできませんが。
