Torrefazione Italia in the café is a high end brand owned by Starbucks. It's very good, it's somewhat strong...but not too strong. :-)
When eating at the Centennial cafe in the Hyatt Regency be sure to ask for Ms Dana! She is the best!
Try the BBQ Salmon or Scallops ! Yum! And the quail !
They hired an awesome new manager named Caryn who made me a strawberry banana smoothie that wasn't on the menu.
