To everyone picking up will calls or any other business, the door to enter the building is on the southeast corner.
Might have to ask several people for help. Today Jeremy in customer service shined above the rest. Alameda store seems to have things dialed in.

The employees at this store are incredibly aggressive. I was asked if I needed help 6 times in less than 3 minutes. A manager had the gall to argue that this was their service policy. WATCH OUT!!!
Black tie protection plan waste of time and money. incompetent ppl just make it worse 2 weeks they've had my phone and I get wait atleast 1 more all due to their mistakes and a manger that didnt care

They don't help black people. Walked around for ten minutes, was looked at but never acknowledged. Will never return.
