Very limited space, so it feels very cramped when there's a lot of people there. It's nice that you can order Cold Stone from the same place though. You might be able to get McD's WiFi as well .

Restaurant is a mess. Tim Horton would cry to see his name on everything.
Long lineups constantly but it moves quick. Breakfast served until noon...=)

Long line ups, lots of mix ups with orders. The one one in the food court has better service.
Staff are rude, and quite frankly, dumb. Unless you are fond of soggy, warm lettuce, don't get sandwiches/salads etc.
The staff seem to thoroughly dislike their job at Tims and Cold Stone
