Crispy tuna avocado rolls are a must-have. Assorted sashimi is fantastic with super fresh tuna , toro , salmon , hamachi , and hotate. Also, the staff are very friendly .
Prices have gone up substantially recently. My favourite Crispy Tuna Avocado roll is now $7.45. Up from under $5.00. ????
The Takeya Special Nigiri combo is by far the best deal.

If you like Takeya, try Ichiro in Steveston. The two restaurants are owned by the same family.
