Yes, it's one of the busiest McDs but it shouldn't comprise the standard of service. Fries served are cold and stale. Staff forgets to smile, say TQ or sorry after keeping customers waited for orders.

I dont know what they're having today but the staffs are super friendly and its just total chaos in here. Reminds me of the environment of TGI Fridays waayy back then. Two thumbs up!

Ask for large but they give medium.. Never ask whether to have spicy or original ayam goreng .. Verrrrryyyy badddd!!!

Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Completely clueless about the current deals or promotion. The deal banner is on the wall but maybe just for aesthetic purposes?

Failure! The queue is BLOODY LOOONG and yet only two cashiers operate. Bravo to them!

Coffee is good and cheap RM4.50 - RM6.50. No sandwiches though... just cakes and muffins

No Wi-Fi and much AC point around, which is a waste since they have McCafe here. Staff is friendly thou. Dec'12

If you want to try fries with sombong faces and no 'thank yous', come in. The drive thru is more friendlier lah.

Drive thru sucks. They dont listen when im ordering the food.Today was 3rd time that they gave me wrong order!Then in the collect window won't accept complains! The guy just closed the window and left
