Must order duck tongue and shrimp paste . So addictive! Price is quite expensive compare to the others, but you will not regret for paying their service tax. Well known for their excellent service!!!
This is how it works: they release numbers for lunch and dinner slots. Lunch numbers are released at 10am, dinner at 2pm. BUT people start q-ing up for the numbers at least 2 hours BEFORE the slots.

Top notch service!! Our server, Joanne was so attentive with everything and literally stood at our table the entire time assisting with everything! All the other staffs were very friendly and obliging
Ordering is done via a tablet. Choose up to 4 soup bases. Tomato soup is the best in my opinion. Also get them to make you their signature haidilao dipping condiment.
Ordered 4 different types of their signature soups . Very tasty. Service is top notch! Remarkable.

Definitely not the best service one can expect from HDL. However most of the waiters/waitress here are polite.
