Lots of variety. Prices are a little high for what you get, but delicious food. Kayma, the Algerian restaurant , is fantastic! Try the Djaj Paradise Bowl!
The workers seem to be owners. talk to them the food means something to them. This is not a vegan eatery , it’s has everything!
