Love this place! Bought my TV , Laptop, cameras and everything else I needed here. The geek squad is always ready to help sort out any issues and the staff is knowledgable about their inventory !

I work here, the "blonde vampire" is actually very nice. The real tip should be to avoid the inventory group, we're busy and don't have time for questions.

Whenever I have ha an issue with a product they have resolved it. EVERY TIME! Hard drives, headphones, phones. You name it. THIS is why you shop here. They back up their product!

This Best Buy has by far the worst customer service!! They don't care if they piss you off because they know you don't have much of a choice....I am rooting for HHGregg to put them out of business!
