This particular location had fabulous service once upon a time. However, that has since changed.
The jalapeño ketchup on the three pepper burger has a weird taste- that burger was much better without it.
If you order fries you can expect to get a plate of toothpicks .
1/2 price milkshakes from 2pm to 4pm =)
Shakes and food are always good but service consistently sucks.

Very dirty environment , bugs in window seals, dirty tables, food on the floor. 5 servers but nobody is doing anything. Decent food, though you get what you pay for.
