Excellent Theater, nice snack bar , friendly atmosphere . I also enjoy the special engagement movies .

Good theater. Never had a huge issue buying tickets, always use the kiosk . New/popular movie may have extra lines , arrive an hour early of you want to be at the front. Concession stand can be slow.

Get tickets early since it's assigned seating and this is a very busy theater.

I prefer to choose this theatre most of the times because it’s near my home and AMC Dolby Digital Theatre Screen 11 was awesome and sound system is BEST.

This place is okay. The customer services is not bad here. The theaters here are supper clean and the services is fast if there are not a lot of people in line to get food. Great Family Location!!!!!!

Buy tix online, pick your seats (how awesome is that), get there early. Have you conf # handy. If the line is long go to the customer service desk and they will print ...they do need more kiosks !!!

Nice theaters. You can only buy tickets via the kiosks or through the AMC or Fandango apps. The bathrooms closest to the food counter are always cleanest.

Take the Choo Choo train first, I suggest the last car, its red and has a nice view to kill time before the movie . May have to squeeze in though, kina tight for a grown person.

Went to the iMax theater to see Star Wars. Don't sit too close to the screen. Neck will hurt. Lol. They had plenty of lines open in concession . Helped with big crowds. Go through quickly.

If you're planning on seeing an IMAX movie , remember that if you're booking through the automatic kiosk that the seats listed at the top of the display are the closest to the screen in the theatre.

If you get the chance, watch a movie in the Dolby Cinema . By far the best sound and picture quality in the entire complex!

Come see IMAX flicks here. They now have reserved seating in the IMAX theater . No more long line waiting or stress of getting a good seat... In the IMAX theater at least.

While I appreciate the large venue and more Fathom Events offerings, the staff here isn’t as good as the staff in Shirlington.

Plan your bathroom trips depending on your movie . Females on the left and males on the right side of the lobby. Make sure you go before if you are not on your side. Lol. :0)

Great location with food court just outside. Mobile ticket kiosks are efficient if you didn't purchase on the mobile app in advance

Great seats and theatre and they have the movies as soon as soon as they are released.

Unreasonable policy for movies that are sold out. Purchased tickets in advance but can't go inside AMC until movie start time! ????

This is definitely my favorite theater in the area... take advantage of the morning discount ticket prices! And, of course, buy tickets online before you go!

This theater is way too crowded . Regal Countryside is more spacious and the seats are more comfortable .

They charge extra for "ETX" movies that the guy said are "almost like IMAX". He must've thought I was almost rich. Do your research before you buy tickets for a format you don't care about.

Go to the first showing on the weekends - the ticket price is lower, and there are generally no lines . This is a great way to see a popular movie the first weekend without the crowds

Clean theatres, big, comfy seats . Please take your trash with you when you leave. Don't make employees clean up after you- you aren't five years old!

All ladies' restrooms are consistently unclean and usually out of paper. For the past two years, this has been a sad truth at my neighborhood theater.

But tickets online in advance and reserve your exact seats.

Lots of teenagers, and service is poor. Great that it is at the mall and there are plenty of snack options. Stay away on the weekends during primetime
