Probably the best sushi experience in Melbourne. If you can, book the omakase so you can see the chefs prepare each round of sushi in front of you.
The shasimi was great but what brought me surprise was the ramen . Utterly delicious! The broth was seriously great, all the meats were cooked just right, so tasty. Served in a awesome bowl!
Main star here is the Omakase meal, not exactly cheap , but worth it. Those with smaller appetites can go for the half meal that serves one piece per course instead of the standard two.
sushi here is the best in melbourne. omakase is the ultimate experience but costs about $100 pp
Must do the sushi omakase ! The butterfish sushi is probably the best piece I have tried there. Cheap corkage charge for byo wines .
Still the best Japanese restaurant in Melbourne . Hiro is the best sushi chef in Melbourne.
My top Japanese restaurant in Melbourne . Nearly 3 times more expensive than a normal Japanese restaurant but the food is seriously good.
The OMAKASE is always amazing and friendly staff , must visit at least once in your life
Amazingly good food, very close to what you can experience in Japan
I sometimes have wet dreams about the Kingfish , punctuated by cries of "SOY SAUCE! NO SOY SAUCE!"
Go during lunch . They have the best lunch time specials
Fresh and authentic Japanese food . Really good.
Omakase is so special with top quality.
Sea urchin (uni) and tuna belly were definitely the highlights of the omakase !
Make sure you eat at the bar . The chef 's selection is what you go for.
rare beef nigri

The fried oysters at the end of omakase , were possibly the most awesome thing I have ever put in my mouth! Read more
Try the Pan-fried Salmon
Oyster sushi !
must order: unagi hako zushi!
Amazing food! Everything delicious, black cod dish as highlight for me. Also don’t skip dessert - the Japanese ‘donuts’ with the white chocolate and matcha sauce is worth it. BYO wine option. - T S
