If you're bringing a tripod/dslr, you may be better off on the 56th floor instead of 59th as the wind coming into the glass openings on the 59th is so high that you will experience micro shake

Bring your tripod for the camera . THIS IS the place to take photos of the Tour Eiffel.

Sunday afternoon is perfect if you want to avoid a long line . 36th floor view is much better than the rooftop !
