24 Hour Fitness

My new fave gym here. I never have a problem with using equipment like other crowded gyms . The staff and members are friendly , & its cool that you can listen to the tv 's via radio on your ipod!

Train with Sylver!! His style is as unique as his name and he sure knows what he's talking about!!

Never too crowded . Great staff . Clean locker rooms .

A 24 hour fitness with full bars (AT&T for pandora) and a chipotle that shares the parking lot . Can it get any better?

Make sure to check how full the class you want to attend is or put in your name a week before.

The only busy time is 5-6:30, and that is mostly for the cardio machines. I never have a problem completing my workout uninterrupted

Great little gym for a 24.

It gets really busy here right aftetwork, try to come during the day.

This location is always less crowded than the Alameda gym . Also, the night time is the right time.

Try to get here before the rush that starts at 4 pm

Train with trentonn or brian. They are the best.

Shoddy location, very basic, stinky, old machines and no windows.
