It is what it is. Just a job to them. Customers are nuisances to them. It is that way in all stores though. Some you are treated better than others. Just the day you pick I guess
They have many products to choose from, including small kitchen appliances . Friendly staff , but not helpful.. did not offer to help us find what we were looking for. We found it after spending 30mins.
Best Buy doesn't offer a military discount because they can't. There's virtually no mark up on laptops, desktops, tablets, and televisions . 36 months with no interest to pay it though :)
Got a great deal on a 15” Surface Book 2. Good service and nice lady in the tv section.

Appreciate the honesty of the employees that stated that the TV antennas they carry in the store will not pick up a signal in this area.
The computer reps suck! You have to be 60 years of age or older to get any help from them. Buy online and pick up in the store.
