In house flour tortillas are great. Chili selection in back is great. Most prices are jacked 25% higher than Las Palmas in Brookline. Tacos out front are not bad but not the best.
Stuff here is a bit on the pricy side, but the homemade flour and corn tortillas are to die for. Try the blue corn ones if available.
Their new place was awesome... Reyna's Resturant good food..
Sickening empanadas full of grease.,.One order includes 2 empanadas that are 1/2 the side of a real empanada and deep fried for $8.56. Never should have eaten these made me sick to my stomach
Dried peppers in back are expensive but tend to be much more pliable and fresh than other suppliers.
Good place to pick up jamaica flower (hibiscus ) for a great drink. $12/lb
Try tacos on the sidewalk. Steak ones are excellent.
Probably the only place in Pittsburgh to sell ready-to-bake Jamaican beef patties made ny Golden Crust. Kinda overpriced though.
What Mexican store doesn’t have saladitos??
Buy your taco shells here.
The corn tortilla chips are made locally and have won awards!
