久留米 ラーメン の要素、ほぼ無し。やきめしがあってちょっと期待したのにかまぼこ入ってないし、麺 は細くて「粉落とし」まで選べるし、スープ は久留米 ならではの濃厚さが全くないし。場所が場所だとは言え、値段も鬼のように高い。よくこれで久留米 ラーメン 名乗れるな…
辛ネギラーメン は、スープ でなくてネギが辛い。ゆえに、辛かラーメン と異なり辛さは選べない。
全部のせラーメン は、のせものに記載されているトッピング メニューのうち、メンマ と辛し高菜 を除いて全てのトッピング が載っている。
