A little hard to find on foot. Google/apple maps not helpful. Really nice property. Loved the views from rooms/lounge. Good appetizer/breakfast foods at lounge . Very helpful staff . Would return again.
Located in the quiet Ebisu area . Metro station is just a few minutes away. Service is excellent. Hotel decor needs an update. Rooms feel tired.
Fantastic hotel that is in a good spot near mass transit and close enough to downtown and Haneda Airport . Great staff !
In Ebisu Neighbourhood which has many amazing restaurants . Corner deluxe room is very spacious . A bit of walk to train station though but overall recommended.
Very comfortable hotel with bigger room. airport shuttle bus directly get to hotel . good location, shopping mall and park just in the other side of the road . about 5 mins walk to Ebisu metro station .
Beautiful lobby. If you're looking to get to the subway, take the underground path from the hotel to the skywalk !
Great service, good sized rooms and bathrooms , location is pretty good too, the downside is that its all looking a bit tired and old.
Wonderful service! Best SPG experience we've had and we've been all over
The hotel is nothing special but I really like the area. Plenty to do (and eat) without being overwhelmed or blowing your entire budget.
Awesome hotel ! The renovated rooms are beautiful. The Lounge is stellar, with great views . Well done, Westin!
Mai restaurant has a value bistro buffet set. 8500 yen for all you can order and eat. Sea beem steamed with light soy sauce is a winner! Order 3 at least!
At the top floor bar , the $20+ drinks and jazz piano version of Danny Boy will simultaneously make you want to laugh and cry. Good view , service and space though.
The room is huge. Location is perfect, lots of restaurants around.
Decor is a bit dated - reminds me more of a mid-80s Ritz Carlton, but staff are friendly and service is solid.
????????????'???????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? Especially if you have Platinum or Titanium Marriott Bonvoy Status! Enjoy it; you deserve it!
Get to ebisu station in 5 mins by crossing yebisu garden mall then cross the street for the skybridge (automated walkways) to the station
Forget cabs. The train (Ebisu station ) is a short walk away and offers the best and most affordable option for getting around town .
Lovely warm setting. Easy walking to shops, eating and drinking
Just plug in to the female HDMI cable on the left side of the TV and project your own content.
A gorgeous hotel that is very English speaker friendly . If you can afford it, stay here and visit the Beer Garden nearby.
The lunch buffet here is actually quite affordable . Aldi great service from the staff .
Fancy , fancy hotel . Great service, everyone is very friendly .
Expensive but worth it. The Ebisu area is great.
use skywalk to the hotel from JR Ebisu station east gate.
Stayed here for 6 days. It was all excellent!! Will be back
A bit out of the way, but a nice hotel . Comfortable rooms . Nice staff . Long walk to the subway or anywhere else in the city you could possibly want to go. Bring comfortable shoes .
10 min walk to Ebisu station . Follow the signs. Completely covered route.
There was a wait at breakfast (literally a que), they had no concept of platinum benefits and were a bit obnoxious at the front desk. I'd like the nice hotel to come without a side of pretentiousness
It could really use a renovation, but it is still a great hotel .
Fitness club on 4th floor is top notch and open 24 hours .
Visit sky bar ! Expensive, shitty cocktails , but view is great
No swing pool included. Need to go out of hotel to (very) near by but a bit hard to find fitness club . Extra charge for 25$
Nice large rooms. Next to a major train station (Ebisu).
Modern hotel close to a shopping. But out of a way from all the crowd.
The breakfast buffet is pricey , but tasty
The Chinese restaurant on the second floor serves a mean dan-dan noodle
Airbus stops right in front of hotel (save a lot of money on a cab)
A grand old hotel . Very parisien. And across the road from GroupM.
Excellent service and English speaking. Still no luck finding an Asian Pear though.
If the internet was faster, this tip would have been posted 3 days ago. I’m not sure if it was where our room was but the Internet was not usable.
A very good hotel
Very nice hotel , near the Sapporo Beer Garden and Ebisu Station .
Walking distance to Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Agency... Nice
Check out the cigar bar on the lobby level.
Pros: nice staff , bus direct to airport , good rates for Tokyo. Cons: rooms are old and decor dated/cheesy, far from almost everything. Net/net: gets the job done, but I wouldn't stay here again.
The terraceo
Very close to EBISU station , staffs are friendly , pleasant stay.
The view is beautiful and the service is impeccable! If you want to see Mt Fuji, go into the meeting room around the corner. It’s like a hidden gem. - That Guy
Breakfast is excellent here. It is a good mix of Japanese, Western and Indian food. - Gaurav Bansal
担々麺を食べました。濃厚でものすごく美味しかったです。んが、妻が頼んだ冷やし担々麺はさらに美味しかったです。ということで、冷やし担々麺を強くお勧めいたします。 - Shoichi Nishiyama
Very nice room with the perfect view and cozy bathroom with bigger size bathtub, bigger in real than the pictures. Close to subway and restaurants and cafes. - Y.Arman Barlas
The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Attention to detail/personal attention is beyond compare. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and have amazing views. Staff is fun, nice, incredible. Stay here now. - Jason H.
Was at the Italian Restaurant for coffee and cannoli - the cannoli was fresh and tasty - Jonathan Rodrigo
