MTR Admiralty Sta.から直ぐのオフィスビル 。2014年のデモの際はビル前の道路 が封鎖され、人であふれていたとの事。以前は九龍とVictoria Harbourの眺望が素晴らしく、花火 も良く見えたそうですが、現在は、政府高官が勤務するCentral Goverment Officesのビルが建っており、眺望が随分と変わってしまったそうです。
