Mall integration is convenient. Double-level design is inconvenient. However, cart elevator and check-outs on both floors do help.
they've done a complete remodel here - no longer the run down sketchy target, it's quite moder, has an optical center and a starbucks inside, and the layout is much easier to navigate!
Staff are very friendly and are willing to help.
