Look for the all inclusive deal on groupon. Great restaurants (adult only side) and the service at the pool/beach/room was very fast. Ask for the good alcohol and they'll use it...just leave a tip

This resort was absolutely amazing. If you want a relaxing time, this is the place to be. Pure bliss & the entire staff is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect!!!

Excellent place for an exquisite accommodation experience, even when the beach side is not the most beautiful, the decoration, service and specially THE FOOD at the hotel compensates it.

This place is amazing! Was taken here by the lovely girlfriend for my 30th birthday and it was awesome. Great dining options and the staff are excellent. Mango margarita !

Awesome. Do Royal Service. Access to butler service, La Palapa, private pools and cabanas . Book Passion early - months in advance. They have Grey Goose, you just have to ask for it.

This is rest, relaxation and liver disease. All inclusive drinks, all inclusive food, all inclusive paradise.

Best hotel by Far in Playa del Carmen. Only for adults. I do recommend Royal Service and swimup suites, with direct access to the pull.

Request the alcohol you want by brand, well drinks are weak! Molé is the best restaurant by far.

The cabanas are awesome but you must get up super early to get one.. I got up at 7 am today and had my pick of the litter :)

If you have a Droid phone that has a mirror feature and HDMI connection, be sure to bring the cable. You can stream Netflix!

For go the adult side. It's cheaper on the family & adults can walk through out the whole property.

The swim out was awesome.. Food was sooo good.. Service .. Well .. Slow .. Passions restaurant don't waste ur money!!! Raw eggs ...eeeeew!!

Don't expect an upgrade if you are a honeymooner !!! Even in off peak season. Almost had a fight with some guy over a cabana that I had been in for 2 hours and he claimed was his.

"Resort credit" is a SCAM. Be careful before you sign anything. Write "resort credit" on bill before you sign and confirm multiple times that it is not being charged. (LeeCorps Aquatics is horrible.)

Room service is 24/7 but could be more diverse. The pool is cold!!!! Very cold!!! Even on a hot day... very cold!!!

Great hotel and beautiful place, just know that the $500 "credit" they may give you is completely useless
