Spoke w/Angela at SFMTA Passenger Services many times about many instances of rude, hurtful, and discriminatory drivers. Nothing was ever done. The drivers' rude, unlawful behavior continues.

Saw someone slip through the back door and went straight to the check in line at window 8.

I love this place! So fast and efficient.

Go in the morning on weekdays

Only open weekdays 8am to 5pm. Bring a book or a game.

Go first thing in the morning when it's less crowded .

Give yourself plenty of time and bring something to read... This place is slow as death.

Why do I have to wait for hearing if all 3 hearing rooms are staffed with personnel but no customer?
