Some of the rudest staff I have ever come across in my life. Be prepared. That customer service manager needs a demotion.
Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT SHOP HERE. These people DO NOT want to work. Hopefully this store will be shut down and then they won't have to. Management must not care about business.
