Facility is great, great staff . However, hold your breath when walking in, the stairwell always smells like garbage.

I'd like to amend my last tip. The rear portion on the men's locker room smells equally rancid.

Try the 15 min Ab Class ! Currently 5:30pm Weds.

Bring your own towel because filthy animals work out here & never wipe down their equipment.
