Zitadelle Spandau

A beautiful castle and grounds, just a few metro stops from downtown Berlin. Certainly worth a visit when the weather is good!

You know what? This place is great. The environment around it and the construction is amazing. Downside: sound level limitations. Sucks for things that are MEANT to be extra loud :/

Museums in citadel covers different time periods-with significant military part presenting different weapons and army uniforms,however it mentions also film studios.Must be cool place during concerts .

The concerts are cozy but the bands can't do much on the stage as it's there the whole year round. The tower is always worth the visit and the view is nice.

Great place for concerts and if you visit during the day go on top of the tower for a great 360° view .

Easy to get to via train . I went to see Björk in concert , so haven't actually explored the castle .

Amazing location, but be wary of the extremely long lines to get in. It can take up to 90 mins for a concert .

Pretty from the outside, nice biking around it! Was a bit disappointed how it looked from the inside. Not really an idyllic fortress to walk around.

Especially the old tower is recommendable as a viewing platform ! Great view over the old city of Spandau from there.

If you are visiting an open air concert , bring cushions if you can! They have some, but not always enough.

The very old citadel has great view on the city .

The Night Market they advertised all over was pretty lame: not many vendors at all. The citadel itself is pretty cool to visit though.

Das Wachpersonal heute war großartig. Hat lauter Tipps zur Festung gegeben wie z. B. wo anfangen, was unbedingt angucken usw. Ungefragt. Sehr aufmerksam. Guter Service !

Toller historischer Ort , derzeit auch gerne als Konzertlocation verwendet

В целом очень интересно, но все в постоянной реставрации. + это самая старая европейская крепость . Если повезет еще и на концерт попадете, они здесь не редкость

Schöne Location, unbedingt sehenswert, falls mal jemand in spandau sein sollte...

в музее представлены военные пушки разных калибров, интересно посмотреть, перед посещением читайте википедию, есть аудиогид на английском.

Bei Konzerten hilft der Kies im Hof . Viele Zuhörer schieben sich damit kleine Haufen zusammen, um besser sehen zu können. Jeder Zentimeter hilft ;-)

Sehr schöne Open Air Location! Da lohnt sich die Reise bis ins ferne Spandau ;-)

Bom para evitar turistadas extremas. O pagamento da entrada é só necessário se voce quiser entrar nos museus .

Nao compre o ticket de entrada. Nao vale a pena. Pode-se visitar sem comprar. A menos que queira entrar no museu .
