One person who works here is unhelpful and doesn't seem to want to give gold members their freebie deals (buy one get one).
The staff here is excellent. All of them know what my drink is and make it perfectly.
They cannot take tips.
Peppermint Mocha is disgusting.
Service takes FOREVER. Was standing at counter for 12 mins before anyone even came up to it. Understaffed.
