A very cool place to study, read, and sit by the river free of charge

As a family history nut , I LOVE this place. Go to the newspaper archive room & lose yourself for the whole day reading the old papers.

Hit up some of the weird magazines on level 2 - 'Truck Life' is a PF, that stands for personal favourite suckas. BBC wildlife magazine is pretty cool too.
