Seems popular as people are queuing for the service. You have choices of barbers and can choose any that you like. I guess they have their own style so gotta try.

Walk in means: you need to write down your name & phone number & wait for your turn. The receptionist will estimate time for you so you don't have to wait 2-3 hours in the shop.

Overrated and overpriced. Its location represents itself: between affluent style and kampung rustic cuts. Find a good Indian barber and stick to them. At the very least you'll get a head massage .
Bad service. Tend to postponed appointments. No communication between staff and customers. A really quiet atmosphere like your in the library . So far the haircuts is tip top. But i wont go there soon
