If you hit it at the right time, you really can be in and out in 10 min. Otherwise, bring a book .

Imagine it's the year 2017, driver's license renewal , 1.5 hour wait , $42 later and they mail you a black and white license. Twilight Zone, yes!

I had a 9:30 appointment. I checked into line at 9:25 and was out by 9:43. That includes a pleasant conversation with the Representative. This is not the MVA I grew up with. Good show!

Had a 4:45 appointment; checked in on the way in and was at the counter within 2 minutes. Renewed my license and was out before 5:00!

Apparently you can follow them on Twitter and Facebook. Government offices are one step removed from the third ring in hell, why would I want enhance the experience w/ social media?

2.5 hour wait on a Tuesday, supposedly their least busy day. I won’t be able to stay, so I’ll have to come back after waiting for 1.5 hours and still 60 people ahead of me.

Crowded but moving fast. My wait time was less than 5 mins!!!! Woot-Woot!!!

"Express" is only compared to the Glen Burnie MVA, not to any real definition of the word.

I was in and out in under 20 minutes at 1:30pm.
