Lai Huat Signatures is a seafood restaurant Central Region

Must try crab bee hoon , sambal fish etc. I've no complaints about their food at all. Go on Wednesdays for dinner for a good value for money deal.
Lunch sets are value for money . Sambal pork set is one of the favourites (but note that sambal pork is not available for dinners ).
All you can eat ala carte buffet at $29.90++/pax, minimum 4 to dine.
Hainanese pork chop is nicely crispy & prawn rolls are chockful of meat with chestnuts . Boss mee sua is average.
Towards end of buffet dinner , we ordered a plate of sliced fish meat w onion . However the portion was v big & we couldn’t finish it. And guess what?! We had to pay an additional $10 for “food wastage”
The pig trotter bee hoon is very good
Sambal fish is their signature dish, but costs at least $35 per fish .
Probably I ordered something not their signature but creamy butter chicken isn't that impressive.
Sambal fish

Once in a time view. You dine on pretty good seafood as rays, tuna and other fish swim in front of you. - Kuo-yu Liang
There are only 3 things on the menu- I've had 2. The lobster roll is true to New England style and the steamed lobster with butter is heavenly. Cocktails are also fantastic. No reservations though - Minka Monica Li
Affordable zichar with reasonably good quality food. Enjoyed the char siew and four heavenly kings. - Sen Chew Lua
