Clean and reliable, can get crowded at dinner time. Great staff , always friendly .

Their squat racks are the best. The green mat makes it really easy to do body fit exercises. The only concern is it gets crowded during prime hours

Great place to workout, just make sure to bring a towel to rest on while you workout since not alot of people here cleaned after themselfs. You don't wanna get ringworm or something like that.

I love this gym because it's not completely filled with douchebags . Don't get me wrong, there are still some. 2 negatives, some of the equipment is broke down and it's a mad house during rush hour.

I'm so glad to finally find a decent gym with a good selection of free weights that's open past 9pm.

I like this location because I don't get hit on as much and it's clean , also the machines usually all work.

Men's locker room has a "spin dryer" machine for your swim trunks when you finish in the pool -- no more dripping Speedoes! Shame not all the 24-Hr Fitnesses have them.

if you hit this up on the evening or the weekend, expect Bollywood to show up. Its like little India in there...

This is a great gym ! No mashers or sleazebags who only go to the gym to pick up chicks! Try yoga class on fridays, or zumba on Saturday!

They have a ton of equipment to get you into shape!

9am is the perfect time of day to come. Hardly anyone else here.

Third elliptical machine with arms: cross-ramp broken, heart monitor broken and it "clicks." Take care of your stuff guys!

Great if you need a gym around midnight.

Almost no need for mp3 player, the music selection is very good!

Beware of unlisted Pool Nazi swim classes ; they don't post these anywhere, but when one's in session no one else is allowed in the pool because they won't share the pool! I pay membership too dammit!

This is one of the nicer 24 hr fitness locations, I like it.

Atmosphere and clientele varies wildly depending on time of day . If you don't like it today at 8am, next week, try it at 10.

You've got to love the mini spin dryers for your wet bathing suit!
