Customer service is excellent. If you are signing up for a new plan - and your credit report is locked due to SC hack you will need to get a special pin to complete authorization.
Everyone here was really nice and patient with me. That said I walked out of here enslaved to a contract with a bunch of expensive high tech dodads. The American Dream !

Do not deal with these people they are terrible. Greeter was rude because I didn't want to give my cell phone history. Ridiculous! Then she went and bad mouthed me to a coworker right in front of me.
