Overcharge me for a memory stick and then make me wait again in line to fix their mistake while two numb nuts sit back in customer service and tell me that they can't help me at their register. Why!?
Forget faxing from here... Pricing is ridiculous! Local number and they charge $1.30 a page to send... Which takes no toll call, no paper, and no ink.
Management are idiots. Things mispriced and mismarked and then don't honor their screwup. Thanks....ill shop elsewhere
Avoid. OfficeMax has better trained staff .
