Yes, the hotel is beautiful. But the service is so bad, it’s jaw-dropping for a nice place. Attitude is “customer is always wrong,” which is bananas .
One of the best city hotels in America that you can use points for. Service is top notch. Beds were not the most comfortable . Rooftop pool is a must. JG rooftop has great views and mediocre food
