They prioritize senior citizens but you have to make sure to tell the guard giving the number that you're a senior citizen orherwise they'll give a ticket for the regular lane.
Crowded most of the time, but the customer service representative at the BLUE counter was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Lots of people at the customer service area but only 4 people entertaining customers and each person takes around 20-30minutes each.
Even you get frustrated of the queues they still got the best post paid plans :-) kaya go lang ng go sa pag-antay haha!

it took an hour for me to get to the front of the express line . There is nothing express about any of this. Be prepared to stand for a long long time.
