Was comparing models b/t this and Costco's.The service guy Boon Lim was extremely knowledgeable and proactively offered us step-by-step assistance. Loved it when you have a good employee to help out.
Staff were helpful and the store has many great options for everything
When you're directed to a self checkout and you have a pallet of the same item it defeats the purpose to require a manual override do you don't have to scan each individual item. Huge pain!
Avoid returns here: same day purchase with receipt could not be put back on my card. In-store credit is tied to last name so wife can't use it. Not amused.
If you need help and can't find anyone go to the lumber department and try operating the saws on your own.
