Efficiently awesome staff — best Apple Store experience ever! I walked in and was helped immediately. I needed to do an even exchange; the rep was all smiles during the transaction. I’ll visit again!
Had an appointment at 1237 and was told to wait at genus bar , shouldn't have to wait an hour but that's what happened after seeing people walking in getting immediate service. Walked out
