We just got the D&D prepay card app for our smart phones. $30 worth.. Other D&Ds scan our phone no problem. This one had no idea what we were talking about. Good thing we had cash on us.
Inform & train your employees on your new apps when you launch them to the public.
They will not redeem the PLU code and claim not to know; however they use the PLU code for other things. They must accept the code. Call dunkin donuts corporate and complain.
Employees are extremely rude. And will not redeem your loyalty special with a free med coffee !
